A VACEOs Square Table: "Creative Exit Strategies Selling to Family/Employees, Including ESOP"

Purpose: To get input & share ideas about creative exit strategies when selling to family or employees, including the option of an ESOP. We'd like to hear from anyone who has been through this process, as either a seller or a buyer, and of course, anyone interested in the same topic is welcome.
